General Questions

I'm not a photographer, studio nor business. Can I order?

Absolutely. Our new online store is coming soon.

In the meantime, get in touch with us  by sending us a message above, Whatsapp or call (whichever you’re comfortable with!) if you’d like to order.

How Do I Order?

You can order by simply sending us a Whatsapp text. Don’t worry, we’ll guide you through should you have any questions or uncertainty. As our keepsakes have multiple options, we will prepare an invoice manually and email it to you.

We are also in the midst of preparing an online order form which would be another option, although for many years, clients have been texting us to order. It’s really a more personal touch.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

Payment can be made by bank transfer, DuitNow QR. If you’d like to pay by debit/credit card/Apple Pay, we can send you a custom link.

Can I come by your showroom?

Absolutely, we’d love to meet up with you.

Please get in touch with us to set up an appointment beforehand.

We run a very small and humble bindery and showroom. We are open between 10am – 4pm (Mon-Fri) and closed on weekends. We will always try our best to accomodate weekend appointments if we are able to do so.

Quality

How's the quality of your products?

The quality of our handmade products are paramount to us. You’ll especially realise this when you pop by our humble little bindery.

I personally handcraft each keepsake, taking hours of careful and meticulous work. It would be a shame to use inferior materials when dedicating so much work and hours into each keepsake.

A huge bulk of our revenue from sales goes into our raw materials, not fancy showrooms and fixtures. From out Holland cover boards, to our own Japanese imported silks, Italian substrates, American matboards and more, all the finest materials goes into the precious heirloom your client receives. You can ask us about the quality of our materials.

You can also check out our page dedicated to our quality and more about us.

Are your products really handmade?

Yes they are!

All our products are handmade using traditional bookbinding methods. This involves very rudimentary methods and basic tools, but a skill that I have honed making them by hand for over 10 years.

I can make you a beautiful handmade album, box, folio, handsewn books with just basic tools such as a blade, ruler, scissors, a bone folder, and several other tools, with little or no use of heavy or automatic machinery.
