Our keepsakes (and prices) are only available to working part- & full-time photographer and videographers as well as designers and selected businesses. We do not sell to the general public. Absolutely. There’s a 20% studio sample support discount. All samples will have the letters ‘studio sample’ stamped or printed on part of the keepsake. Limit on sample orders is at our own discretion. Order your samples by checking ‘Sample Order’ in the order form.

Please let us know when you need an order to be rushed and we will try our best to accommodate. At this moment, there are no additional charges for rush jobs, but we’re looking into placing a surcharge in the near future. To be fair, many photographers take time and effort to plan for their deadlines along with our lead time schedule. If a rush job were to come in, that would mean placing the rush order production ahead of others who have placed their orders earlier.

Photographers ordering from Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Australia, New Zealand and around the South East Asian region will be based on the Ringgit Malaysia (RM) pricing. Clients elsewhere will be based on $US pricing. Most of our materials are imported from the USA, UK, Japan, France & Germany, and with the volatility of the Ringgit Malaysia recently, the US$ pricing is based on a fixed rate, most likely the forex rate at which the materials were ordered.

(Note: Current international clients who have previously ordered (not just registered) will continue having the prices based on RM. You will also need to maintain an active account of at least one order in a 3 month period)

Login to your account and fill up the online order form. You can find it by clicking on ‘Member’s Page’, then ‘Order Form’ link beneath the product image links. A copy of your order will be sent to your email. This is NOT an invoice. An invitation will also be sent to your email to view and access your ‘client portal’ (Please see below for more information about the ‘client portal’). As our invoices are manually generated, invoices/invitation to ‘client portal’ may take up to 24 hours.

The ‘client portal’ is a very convenient system which allows you to make payment via credit card / Paypal, and view all your invoices, statements, purchase history and so on. You can find out more about using the client portal here – https://www.zoho.com/invoice/help/client-portal/#login-to-portal

An invitation will be sent to your email, simply click on the link and creating a new password (you only need to do this once). Please note that this is a separate password from your access to our login page at www.simplr.my. We recommend creating an account for ‘client portal’ using the same password to make things easier.

1. Login to place your order in the member’s page. (You can proceed with uploading your files while waiting for the invoice/invite).
2. Wait for an invitation to create your ‘client portal’, or if you already have access to your ‘client portal’, simply login to the ‘client portal’ to view & pay the invoice.
3. For payment by cash deposit, online bank transfers, cheque deposits, please notify us when you’ve made payment. For credit card or Paypal payment, this IS NOT necessary.
4. Once payment is made, we will proceed with handcrafting your keepsake. We will only proceed with making the orders after payment has been received and your files have been fully uploaded correctly.
5. Lead time is between 2-3 weeks. However, there may be a slight delay during peak periods or extended local public holiday.
6. For most international orders, the shipping charges will be billed separately, after your order has been packed, measured and weighed.

Please note: Your order will be shipped to the address you entered when you first registered with us. To have it sent to a different address, or if you’ve recently moved, please contact us.

You will need access to your ‘client portal’. An invitation will be sent to set this up in your first order. We accept payments by credit card (via Paypal – you do not need a Paypal account), PayPal, cash, cheque or online transfers.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you’d like to make changes or cancel your order. Our process is usually very quick, and if we’ve commenced production of your order, we do not allow changes nor cancellation.

– For album orders, all spread files must be named in proper sequence, for example 001, 002, 003 or S1, S2, S3 and so on. The spread/pages of the album will appear based on the sequence of the file names.

– For album design (that is, you would like us to design the album), your files must be name in proper sequence and the images will appear in the designs based on the file sequence.

– For all other orders, any file name will do.

– Photo insets are to be named as such ‘photo insets’

For uploads using the upload page, zip the folder and name it after your order reference you entered in the order form. You do not need to zip up folders if uploaded through the shared dropbox folder.

Zipping is not necessary if you’re uploading a single image file.

Image files must be 300dpi in sRGB color space. Files need to be the correct print size, you can use the provided templates in the member’s page. A small editing fee is incurred per image if the files are not resized according to your order.

You have a couple of options:

1. Upload via our website. Login to your account, click on the ‘Member’s Page” tab at the top of the page, click on ‘uploads’. Fill in your details and click upload.
2. Sync folder. Sign up for a dropbox.com personal account (2gb free), download the desktop app and sync a folder with us at jared@simplr.my. Remember to name your sync folder after your studio name (so we know who you are!)

If you are unable to upload to us using both methods above, send an email to us at ask@simplr.my and we’ll send a link to your email. Simply follow the instructions.

All international shipping charges are based on actual weight + size, and also the shipping options selected. We ship via air parcel (post parcel) or courier, usually TNT unless otherwise requested. Absolutely. Please make an appointment before arranging for a pick up. You can pick up your order at our studio at 108B, Jalan SS24/2 Taman Megah, 47301, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Get in touch with us immediately, especially if the shipping box arrives damaged. It is imperative that you do the following:

1. You will need to get in touch with us within 24 hours (required by the shipping agent. Beyond 24 hours, you might not be able to make a claim with the insurance company.)
2. Take pictures of the item and the shipping box (in particular, the damaged portions)
3. DO NOT discard the shipping boxes or any packing material
4. Send the images over to us, and wait for our reply.
